    Can you charge an AGM battery with the same charger used on a lead acid 12V battery? A quick google search and AI said NO.

    need a AGM function on the charger. I use the NOCO GENIUS5. Been keeping my AGM battery 100% for the past 5 years.

    Function before sparkle.
    AGM batteries are designed to charge with a higher peak and float charging voltage to stay healthy.

    As @TheBeast said, you should use a charger for designed for AGM. If not, you’ll see reduced life. How much reduced? Results vary.
