Aftermarket radios that do not have echo issues

Hey guys, I have been searching the threads and had some good information offered up about the annoying issue of echo on the receiving side of a phone call after installing an aftermarket radio with using Apple CarPlay. I am exploring the option of trying to use the factory mic (with 5v power) to fix this issue but is am wondering if anyone has had success with aftermarket systems having no echo on either side of the call? If so, what brand and model radio is working for you? I know there are quite a few pages with this issue asked about but the answers don’t seem to stay on topic to the original questions.
