I've been researching different dashcams and how to tap into them. I have come across the Dongar tap, which taps into an available 5 pin connector located in the Roof map Light Console.

Then I came across the Fitcamx dash cam that utilizes the 5 pin connector from the rearview mirror.

My question is...can I use both locations simultaneously? I would like to run 2 different dash cams, 4k front and 4k rear. Most 2 channel dashcams are only 4k front and 1080 rear.

I currently have the digital rearview mirror. Has anyone tried to split the video feed of the digital rearview mirror and supply it into a 2 channel dashcam?
