Adding the fox TRD pro suspensions to my RCSB and would like to upgrade my rear leafs with out adding lift in the rear. Are there any options for doing this?

When I looked at Alcan Springs; their website questionnaire asked how much lift I wanted. So I would assume they can make theirs without any. You might check them out. They are custom seeing maker- I would assume they can make anything you want. They were nice to talk to on the phone.

Yup, custom leaf springs. Also think you can do the icons and add very little lift. What are you looking for with this rear suspension change?

My current leafs need to be replaced (150k miles and some parts of them are broken), so I would like to keep stock capability for payload but improve ride/travel/flex as much as possible.

Flex/ride and payload capacity dont really go together with a leaf spring. I believe you need a longer shackle to get all the flex out of the 63" leaf springs.

My understanding was aftermarket leaf packs achieve this with more thin leafs instead of fewer thicker leaves. I know it’s a bit of “have your cake and eat it too”. But I am looking for a solid overall improvement rather than the “ultimate” in any one area.

2"CB shackles, bushings and 1 shim, lockerdown console vault, rear folding seat back mod, snugtop shell with opening side windows, 46g fuel tank, SDHQ sliders and hidden winch, Decked Drawers, Alcan leaf springs and got rid of the interior chrome
I have Alcan and would recommend a call to them to anyone who needs leaf spring modification.
With my custom Alcan springs and 2” CB shackles I have only about 1 1/2” of rake but constantly have around 1000lb of load on the truck. The springs allow me to hitch our boat or utility trailer and have zero squat
