Looking for aftermarket headlights for my '14 SR5, but it seems hard to find ones that work with the dial height adjuster or at least say that they do. How do I find these or what can I sear h for that will limit the search? Hate to lose the dial

Are you looking to upgrade or you just want a different look? The OEM TRD Pro lights are LED and retain all factory functions with an ihacker harness. They are much better than the factory lights in my 14.

Agree with the post above, just swap in the factory LEDs and get the ihacker harness. Much better quality and probably cheaper than any decent aftermarket lights.

Echoing the others here, after wrestling with which headlights for a long, long time I finally went with the OEM TRD LEDs and iHacker harness and the improvement is huge over the stock halogens in my '16. I'm a big fan of projector lights and kept dancing around a solution there but Mori's seemed the best answer at 2.5X price but not 2.5X light output. Some have had good luck with AphaRex and some haven't. I got a great enough deal on used OEMs to roll the dice and I'm happy.

ETA: and the iHacker harness is a must, it couldn't be easier and his build quality is impressive
