Ill make this quick, had battery replaced a few weeks ago cause truck was having issues turning on.

Once replaced truck turned over without any issue for a few days. Now it struggles to turn. Ill have to turn off radio and the ac/heater for it to turn on but still struggles just not as bad.

I've had the battery tested and they tell me it is good. At this point I'm thinking starter might be giving up. Is there anything I can check before I decide to pull the started out.

Any other work or electrical mods done? What battery do you have? Your CCA's may be too low. You could also take it somewhere else to have the battery and alternator tested.

I've got 2 led bars but didn't have issues before replacing the battery. No other mods.

Come to think of it, led bars are tapped to an ACC just don't remember which one. Ill check that 1st.

New battery is a Optima Redtop 35. Replaced some time mid December.

Sales guy said testing the starter on the vehicle isn't as accurate while on the vehicle. Ill get that retest done somewhere else.

You have something draining the battery. Mods are the culprit 99% of the time.

Put a volt meter on your battery. Write down what it reads. Come back in 6hrs and write down what you have. If you see the readings dropping over time (with the truck off) you can prove something (mod) is draining your battery.

If it was a bad alternator and your battery wasnt charging as it should, you should see the voltage dropping on your battery as your truck is running. You'd know if it was a bad alternator, your truck would start sputtering and lose power once you turned on the lights or radio ect.

Like others have said, you probably have a mod wired in such a way that it is slowly draining your battery.

Read a similar thread here yesterday- ended up the trucks alternator needed to be replaced.

It was charging, but not the full output that it should, so after a few days the truck started having issues like yours, as the battery was not being charged properly and over time was discharging. I think his was only putting out 13v charge, should be 14.1v, dealer replace the alternator under warranty. It did however, take him several visits and checks with his dealer to get it identified and resolved.
