I want to get rid of my chrome grill and chrome front bumper caps. Found this website…thoughts on cost? Is there a better option?

Someone posted a review for that site just a few days ago but I can't find it. You can compare prices with sparksparts.com

I placed an order through them a couple of days ago for color matched front bumper end caps. $505 shipped through them, which is the best price I have found. Very responsive customer service as I asked them several questions about part numbers and what not.

The part numbers they provided for the end caps are:

2014-2020 Toyota Tundra Front Right Passenger End Cap with Parking Sensor Hole: OEM - 52112-0C908

2014-2020 Toyota Tundra Front Left Driver End Cap with Parking Sensor Hole: OEM - 52113-0C908

According to other threads you will also need the following parts for install (you will have to buy these from a Toyota dealer - $50 total):

Right Bumper Cap Liner Extension Seal: OEM - 53882-0C060

Left Bumper Cap Liner Extension Seal: OEM - 53883-0C050

(Qty-2) Toyota Side Molding Retainer Clip - Genuine OEM - 75392-0R010

Their lead time with drying was shipped in 7-10 days. I will post a review once I receive the end caps.

yikes, I pulled the trigger on them too quickly. I didn’t know you had to order those other OEM parts…

did they mention there were any install instructions?

You would need the extra parts no matter where you ordered them from. I haven’t dove into reading on the install yet, but you will have to remove the grille assembly for sure. I plan to just remove the bumper and figured that as long as I put the seals on the correct side it should be fairly obvious. I’m sure there are install threads already on here to go through.

I guess my inexperience led me to believe the old seals/parts would work?

nonetheless I ordered the parts you linked, thanks

I color matched my surround, hood bulge, and front and rear bumper caps and had a new TRD Pro grill insert to sell and recoup a couple hundred bucks for about the same as you were quoted for just the surround and fronts.. got the parts from Sparks and had the bumper caps painted at a local collision center.

I am inexperienced too, I just happened to read threads that showed the parts that are needed.

I don’t think there are those seals on the existing chrome end caps. From what I understand, the extension seals are needed because there is a difference in size between the chrome end caps and color matched end caps.

I'm going to go ahead and place an order as soon as I decide which grille I want. The honeycomb one is nice and leaves the radar sensor in its original place, but I like the TOYOTA logo one as well. Decision decisions...

I went ahead and placed my order! I can't wait for the new look! I decided to go with the TOYOTA logo grille. It looks good and rugged with an old school Toyota vibe.

Thanks all, tried getting hold of my local dealership parts shop to place order for tow hat was listed above beyond the grille and caps but couldn’t get through. Will definitely be going this route but want to make sure ai can get all the pieces before pulling the trigger. I’ll post photos once installed.
