Yeah but you'll lose droop travel and you'll be using a different area of valving in the shock.

Your shocks will be short. If your drive over a pot hole, the tire might not make it the bottom of the hole.
Fluid inside the shock passes through discs with orifices that gauge the rate at which the fluid flows. Bilsteins are digressives. Stiffer going to softer over a bump. If you lift the rear, the fliud inside the shocks will be passing through a different series of discs effectively changing the way the ride feels.
Maybe @ColoradoTJ can explain better and correct any errors I've made.

Shackles are ok, better than blocks IMO. But, lifting requires longer shocks "usually". 1" is OK for some shocks, In fact, I just looked it up and rear 5100s are good for 0-1" of lift.

    Sounds pretty good to me.

The 5100’s are usually for 0-1” lift shock. The OP would need a shock designed for 2-3” lift.

Depending on specific shocks you have in the rear end they may only work 0-1'' of rear end lift.

You can post up a part number of the rear shocks so I can see what ones you received?
