I think I've exhausted all available online help I could find, so I'm hoping someone has done installed CC on this particular model Tundra. I installed the cruise control stalk on the steering column. I inserted the 2 pins from the new CC switch into the pin slots next to the horn ground from the air bag pigtail as others have done. That's all I've seen and read to do on the CC switch part of the install.
I moved on to the clutch switch and installed it where the old stop was way up behind the dash. When clutch pedal is released, it pressed the pin on the newly installed switch.
I'm stumped from there. I do not have the connector others are referring to that should be taped to a harness in the vicinity of the clutch pedal, so I don't know where the 2 connections from the switch are supposed to go.
If anyone has added cruise to a manual 05-06 Tundra with V6, your help would be greatly appreciated. It seems this is a rare install for this model, year, and trim level.
