Yes. A cap store will do it for you or you can obviously do it yourself. Thule Tracker is a common one.

Seat covers, dash mat, ext. Trans. Cooler, sumo springs, oem pwr fld tow mirrors

If you put too much weight up there it may break or crack. Weight distribution on or closer to the edges may help. You can also add an interior framework to actually support the load through the shell.
