Folks, I'd like to add OEM foglights to my 2021 Tundra Work Truck Package, which does not have foglights from the factory.

Preferably, I would like to add OEM foglights WITHOUT needing to disassemble the steering wheel to add stalks, etc. FYI, the "Work Truck Package" is different in that the shifter is on the steering column, not located on the floor.

If I am going to install myself, I'd need a super simple install. For example, I would be AOK with foglights not having their own switch, that is, they would come on when the lights come on and go off when lights go off, etc.

    Any advice welcome!

PS: I am taking my Tundra to my local dealership for service in 2 weeks... could a dealership install OEM foglights?

    Thanks! BMcC

I'm the proud owner of a 2021 Tundra SR bought new in Dec 2021. I am loving having "the last of the V8s"!

I ran into this same thing on my 2014 work truck SR model. You’ll find there are wire plugs hanging down right behind where the fog lights are, but I’m not sure where the other ends go because nothing happens when you plug up some fog lights. Looking in your fuse box, you’ll notice you’re missing the fuses and relays for the fog lights, not to mention any switch inside the cab.

What I ended up doing is purchasing a fog light system with its own dedicated wiring harness. Powered it straight from the battery and ran the rocker switch inside the cab through the grommet in the firewall under the steering wheel. Installed it in one of the blank switch panels to the left or right of the steering wheel. You just have to remember to turn them off when you turn the truck off since they’re wired straight from the battery.
