Actuator noise through the speakers

I have a 3 month old 2017 Tundra. Love the truck but the HVAC actuators put a static sound through the speakers whether the stereo is on or off. Had it to two different dealers and have been told that's just the way it is. Toyota only says they stand by their dealer's findings. Anybody have this issue or found a way to resolve it?
