I got this to go with the DECKED Toolbox I bought the other day for my 13 DC.. Technically it is not designed to go with the toolbox. It is designed for a toolbox 19 - 21 inches wide and the DECKED is 22 inches wide. Since the decked can be mounted all the way back in the box since the lid opens straight up and does not hit the rear window, I figured I would try it.
So I pushed the toolbox all the way to the rear after installing the bulkhead gasket. Then I pushed the Header Bar gasket against the front of the box as much as I could. From here it was very frustrating because the Install Video and printed instructions showed a completely impossible way to attach the clamps to the bed rail. I lost a lot of time trying to follow their instructions. I scrolled to the bottom of the page to find a number to call. At the bottom of the page they had instructions, in a completely obscure area, on how to use the clips with the Toyota bed rail.
The cover installed very easily with no room to spare but it looks really good.
I have to go back and reinstall some of the clips to put my moveable tie down clamps back on the bed rails. Should tighten up nicely now that I found the directions for using the clips with the bed rails.
Probably going to seal the seams with some black caulk.

Extang is another company that makes a cover for a toolbox 18 to 20 inches wide. They have a fabric and a solid tri-fold models.
