AC issue

I have been having a very random issue with the 07 Crewmax. Ac stops blowing from time to time and the fan speed control becomes non responsive. Eventually I will hit the right bump in the road and everything starts working again. What are your thoughts blower motor or controls? Any ideas how to track down the issue?
