Ac/heater blower

I had a ac/heater blower go out and dealer replaced but now again not even a year later it sounds like it’s about to go out again it makes a loud noise when ac/heater is on. Is there a better blower to buy other than Toyota brand ?

 

I’m looking at installing a blower motor from a Land Cruiser 200 Series. The motor is brushless, so it won’t have the same issues as the Tundra piece.

 

Do you have a part number and where are you buying from ? I searched brushless and have seen a continental brand but horrible reviews for the tundra says it’s really loud. I had one replaced from dealer and about a year later it’s making the same noise it did before it went out
