2008 Toyota Tundra Double Cab

My 2008 Toyota Tundra AC/Heat Fan Controls do not work until about a minute after the vehicle is started. Once it does come on I am not able to control the direction of the air. It is stuck blowing toward the floor.

Likely HVAC servo motors. See this thread:

In my case, it was mice in the HVAC blower behind the glove box. Check that first.
