    Hey everyone!
I'm wanting to extend the AC Drain so it is not dripping condensation on my frame. Anyone have any advice or ideas on this? What size hose should I get and how should I secure it? Is it even a good idea? (2006 Tundra DC)
    Thanks!

That's some serious OCD and I'm all for it. Maybe someone will have a suggestion on hose size.

I’ve never had it cause an issue for me (no rust) and I’ve had my truck here in the northeast for 21 years.

Unless you’re concerned about something else?

My truck is (thank God) rust free for the most part. I’m in GA so i don’t really have to worry about rust. My headers and U-joints a little rusty and that’s it. I’m just paranoid about it because the previous owner put about 75k miles in 4 years and did ZERO maintenance and didn’t record the little upkeep that was done. I’m just trying to prevent rust

I don't have any pictures of it, currently, but I removed the short nipple, and installed some 3/8" (10mm) hose, and just let it hang down.

I'm tired as hell, too much airport and airplane for one day. But someone else has done this, I can't find it. There are pictures of it and showing the process. It wasn't PHM, I don't think, I checked his build thread. But at least one person and possibly two have posted about it on here.

I've done this mod but have no pics or size info. I'll try to remember to look tomorrow. I figured with a new frame it'd be a good time to just do it and be done with it.

My nipple disintegrated into dust and boy did I get my floorboards soaked. I was on the road in hot SoCal on vacation and could not wait the 2wks for the dealer order. Budget fix---Zip tied a foot of standard (don't remember the ID) heater hose. Drips on the ground now. Think I spent around $2.50 for the fix. It was a bear to install, but it was worth it.
