I have 2017 TSS with the dreaded Christmas tree lit up on the dash. Has code c1332 . The voltage to the back near the charcoal canister reads 11 volts on the blue wire , only 6 volts to black wire. I have searched all over to see if anyone else has experienced this with no luck. Should I just replace the wire? Under the hood I have 11 volts on both wires

    Too many, but not enough....
How's your battery condition? Did you do a load test? First thing id look at for anything resembling electric.
