    Hi all new member here.
    2007 Tundra SR5 4 wheel drive
Having an abs code 36 issue.
    Heres some history.
Front right(driver side) wheel bearing started growling over a year ago. Couple months ago dash lights came on (ABS on, Trac on, 4Hi flashing, VSC flashing).
Pulled abs codes via jumper method, got codes 31,34,35,36. Decided to pull speed sensor to clean tip but it was rust jacked and broke off. I installed a new hub assembly and speed sensor after drilling the old one out.
Cleared codes and I am still stuck with code 36 which according to the service manual I believe is open circuit for front left sensor. I used a meter and checked from abs unit connector to speed sensor and both wires check good. All lights on dash are still same as above which according to the chart also indicates open circuit on front. Theres no way to swap them around because the remaining 3 sensors are rust jacked bad and are actually jacked out about 1/16 of an inch. I also did a resistance test on all sensors at abs connector. 3 show about 14.8 megohms and front left shows 19.8 megohms. I couldnt get AC voltage off any sensors while spinning wheels so dont think this is a valid test for these.
I also did a zero point calibration but all is the same.
Could a bad sensor cause this to show open circuit ? I will have to pull the front left bearing to change the sensor as there is no way its comin out without breaking.
Thanks for any help thet can be provided.
    Have a nice day.

Sounds like you need to replace all the old, original, rusted/corroded sensors. They are 15 years old after all and the truck is giving codes telling you at least one is bad.
