A update to the break in last week.

Call the sheriffs office to see about a report, am told yes a report has been filed but there are some problems..
Find out shit stain gave false info the arresting officers, turns out he is a juvenile.

He also is not giving up the ones that helped him.

I contact the DAs office and confirm what the sheriffs office told me. I was also told don't be surprised if he is charged as a juvenile. Great I think...

So I ask the following question, said shit stain was hanging out at the house across the road.
The occupants of the house, a 18 year old female and supposedly 18 year old male, admitted that they knew shit stain broke into my house, and brought my stolen property into their residence and then when I caught him he was in the process of moving the property from that residence to the vehicle owned by the said female/male of the house.

So my question was can they be charged as accessories to this crime? IMO they were and are part of it.
My theory is that they knew shit stain was a minor, had him break into my house and steal then bring it to their house and then car where they were going to take my property and dispose of it or either cash or drugs or both.
BTW the male/female couple has disappeared and have not been seen since Friday the 22nd.
Me thinks they have skipped and are hiding out hoping things will die down, they do not know me very well.

Now I have to sit back and wait for the system to do its thing.

My window is a $629 repair, which thankfully is covered by the seller/installer, they are going to replace the entire unit.

 

Bad thing is, shit stain needs to break and admit to everything, he needs to make a statement implicating the other parties or they need to admit to it. Otherwise, you saying do is just he said she said. If the couple denies and shit stain denies you’re s.o.l.

@RLHOK have you looked into something like the ring doorbell? they make some pretty damn good stuff. One of their flood light cameras ought to have good enough picture quality to cover the majority of your front yard (and neighbors front yard).
