Hey y’all haven’t posted in a while but just here with a question about the A/T oil temp wire. Doing a PKE/push to start and need to splice into it so the system will work. I saw it was a YR wire so I pulled out the dash to try and find it, I found the wire but noticed it was un plugged and the AT light was still on. Appreciate any help I can get and thanks in advance.

It'll help in so many ways knowing your YR/Cab type(AC,RC,DC),Engine....etc
Do I assume this is your "2000 SR5 4x4 Access cab" you posted about few yrs back, if not please update us.

If you download the Full Service Manual on this site (stickied post called “So…you wanna buy” has a link to it) and control-F for “oil temp” you can see all the times it’s mentioned. For example, there is a link to this picture which is the closest thing to a physical location (it’s at A4) and a bunch of wiring diagrams that show its relative location.
