A p0420 ugh

Overheated my engine on a cold snap day. Found my thermostat was broken replaced it. And the process I broke one of the plastic vacuum tubes that goes to the air pumps and runs underneath the air intake manifold. I took off the air intake manifold and replaced the vacuum tubes.
Now I have a p420 any thoughts

 

Catalytic Converter failing or O2 sensor

 

Someone just needs to steal my catalytic converter then those things get replaced

if you do have a bad catalytic converter there are products which can help clean them such as Cataclean, Scotty Kilmer has a few videos where he uses lacquer thinner
