A different approach to truck bed racks

Not everybody wants to carry a tent, or occupy their entire bed space with a rack, so we came up with this:

We don't have pics of it on a Tundra yet, but we're working on it.

 

I’ve had my eye on this option, I like it a lot. I think it would look great on my 22.

Im in Canada so the shipping adds a significant chunk to the cost — next time I make a trip across the border I may order in advance to a shipping receiver.

Would one be able to temporarily remove the tray and panels if there was a need for a longer span between the crossbars?

 

It wasn’t designed for that, but yes, that can be done.

Any experience with your racks working with the Truck2Go tonneaus with t-slots?
