07 Tundra SR5 the air works fine until you drive it 20+ miles on a hot day (>80%), then the A/c light starts flashing and the compressor disengages. If I let the truck sit a while, the next time I start it a/c is working again. It's full of freon, replaced cabin filter and replaced the mag clutch relay 3 times. Belt is tight.

Full of R134A via can and single gauge or did you hook up and look at suction side, pressure side and compare it too temp/pressure chart?

The later is the bare minimum, to pull it down and start from scratch with a fresh charge!

Best guess, it's over charged, stalls the compressor the ECU sees its speed differs from CPS and kicks it off before it blows itself up.
