Just installed Bilstein 5100s on the top setting, with 1 coachbuilder shim in the passenger side and 2 on the driver side. (to account for the lean and it sits even now)

I got a frog hair under 3 inches of lift up front, which I’m pleased with
Puts my fender height at 39 7/8 pretty much even all around

Some angles I look at it it looks perfectly level and sometimes
It looks like I’m nose high but my measurements tell me other wise

    So now, rear lift....
Everyone says that shackles are better than blocks
    So 1 inch?
    1.5 inch?

    Put a block in?

Does anyone have a picture of any of these setups to see?

    Thanks

I did 5100s all the way around, top setting on front. Wheelers add a leaf on rear. It raised the rear 2" instead of 1" like they say. I did it to help with rear sag when trailering and it works well. No difference in unloaded ride quality to me. I have 10 ply tires so it's pretty stiff anyway.

    Shackles or Add-a-leaf.
I have a Tuff Country AAL that I installed after removing a 1" block from the PO. I gained an additional .5" from the AAL opposed to the block. So I would guesstimate the AAL was about 1.5" over stock. I went this route because I regularly carry heavier loads in the bed or I'm towing my camper. If I didn't tow and I only carried one lighter MX bike I'd go shackles.

Yeah I don’t haul heavy stuff, mainly a bunch of camping gear so I’m thinking of a 1” shackle. But don’t know if I need to change out anything else

I was thinking about installing a 2" block in the rear or an AAL or shackels. I tow and haul so I'd like some rake.

Here's a pic with 1" shakes in the rear and 3.5" lift in the front

I wish I'd gotten shackles with 1.5" of lift in them instead but oh well

So I read the 5100s in the rear allow for up to 1" of lift. Your AAL lifted the rear 2"? Do you have any problems in the rear?

I have 5100s set in the middle.
    Front Passenger is...38.25"
    Front Driver is........38"

I will go to the top setting and install two shims on the driver's side and one on the passenger's side. Thinking about 5100s in the rear with an AAL or CB +3 (1.75") shackles.

You should gain about another 1 7/8” if you do that.. exactly what I have

I’m leaning towards the shackles because. The AAL will make your ride tougher without a load

Coachbuilder recommends +3 shackles for that setup. If you don’t mind spending the money it’s worth itC3A97725-094B-4C66-BC21-49CD7E9DF0BC.jpg

You have 5100s all the way around right? Adjustable up front on the top setting? Two shims on driver side and one on passenger?

Stock rears but yes to everything else
The lift doesn’t look as pronounced because I’m running 20” with 295’s but it’s easily 3”
