Is there any hardware on the truck that will work for lift points?

What is the size? [Pretty positive i know it and if i post guys will agree] i went to 3 places today no luck!

Dealer cant get the hook kit. I will try another it opposite direction.

Transmission is out motor is ready to be pulled. 5.7 55k blown head gasket
