    Hey guys,

I drive a 2010 CrewMax with 190,000km's. Never had any issues with the truck but I remote started it this evening (not very cold), stepped out and did about 200 feet before the 4LO started flashing, the engine light came on, the traction light came on, reverse lights stayed on (along with the "R" being lit on my dash) and my backup cam was on, all while driving. I read some forums and they all just said to disconnect the battery and that would solve the issue, no luck... I'm thinking it could be a bad ground? I'm curious to know if you guys have ever experienced this issue. I'll be taking it to the dealer in the morning if they can squeeze me in.

    Thanks in advance!

If you have a scanner see what it says before having the stealership beat you up
If you don’t have a scanner stop at an advanced or autozone they can scan it almost sounds like the AIP may be going if you haven’t replaced it yet
They can go a bit bonkers and light things up on the dash instead of just the check engine light. Just a thought

Yes I found a scanner and I’ll be doing that tomorrow. My guess is that the reverse switch is the transmission is stuck in the engaged position. Might be tripping the whole system.

I read somewhere's about the actuator motor going bad and there is a wright up on how to rebuild it. I hope it is not it because transfer case has to come out.
