$40- Budget Console safe

After recently purchasing my truck I needed a safe but $200-300 is not in my budget. Especially when that money can go to bigger plans...

I realize it’s not the best anti theft device but it’s better than nothing and only $40-

Here’s my console safe.
I picked up this safe from Home Depot.
Drilled a small hole in the back of the safe, replaced the console bolt with a longer one and done.

$40-
-Leaves room to mount a pistol and mag for quick access. Don’t need to open the safe door every time to access your items.
- Still can have an organizer tray in place.

 

Not bad for a budget safe idea. But keep that gun on your body, does no good sitting in a console.
