40/20/40 Front Seat Replacement?

2019 Cement Trundra TRD

Hey guys. I need some advice /a recommendation. I have a 2019 SR5 TRD Double Cab with the 40/20/40 front. I ordered it that way because I'm 6'9" and can't do floor mount center consoles.
Anyway, the driver's seat is really starting to hurt. I can't go a hour without butt numbness or back pain. I'm considering replacing the seats but would really need an expert to steer me correctly, source parts, install ect.

What say ya'll? TIA!
