Changed front shell bearing on driver's side now 4 wheel drive lights flashing and will not go into 4 wheel drive. It would lock prior to bearing change.

manual 4wd selection right? I don't think they started push button until 05....if it is push button i believe there's an actuator that has a little power clip that can be unplugged cleaned and reinstalled.

All V8 1st gen tundras are push button. V6 was manual.
As far as OP's issue corrosion is sometimes the culprit but being after changing the bearing it's hard to say. Not an expert in the 4wd stuff.
