Has anyone found a video or write up on how to replace the starter on 2005-2006 plastic manifold 4.7 Tundra with SAIS? I can't see nor feel those two bolts that are allegedly back there.

I swapped mine without removing the intake completely last time. Just unbolted it and raised it up 3.5" (used some 2x4 blocks as supports). Then reached in and did the work almost blind and didn't have as much trouble as that guy in the first video.
