First off, a huge thanks to @TundraTex . His install post was extremely helpful and is THE guide on installing on a 3rd gen non-JBL.

Just though that I'd add in a couple of things that were different on my install. I have the same 4 channel amp and LC6i line out converter. It was tight but I was able to get both of those installed under the passenger seat as well as my ground distribution. To hold my amps etc down, I use small pieces from a cutting board under the carpet and put a screw through the carpet into it.

Under driver seat I have my sub amp and +12v distribution.

My custom tweeter mounts from my 2nd generation don't fit in 3rd generation as the covers are very close to where the stock tweeters mount. I made mounts from some uni-strap so that the tweeters could be low enough for the covers to go back on.

Fortunately, the speaker mounting brackets for the doors are the same from 2nd gen to 3rd.

Sub box was tricky as there really isn't a whole lot of space behind the seat. The dimensions I posted fit.... barely. Very snug, no need at all for any screwing down.

I did the rear wall with sound deadening and re-installed the factory deadening blanket.

Sub is MTX FPR12-02 shallow mount sub.

There is plenty more room to make the box wider, but taller.....

Somehow I forgot to take any pictures of sub box not installed.

I didn't care much about how the box looks because you really can't see it in there at all.

Very nice! I like the cutting board idea.
