35's on Rocktrix wheels 2009 Tundra?

Hey everyone- longtime reader but first time poster. I have an '09 that I've got the Rocktrix RT105 wheels with -12mm offset. I'm running stock size tires and really don't like the look. I've got a 3" leveling kit in the front, and stock in the rear. I do have air lift bags though so it's somewhat adjustable. I have a friend with 4 really nice Toyo Open Country LT 35x12.5 R18's he wants to sell and I'm wondering what I'd be up against trying to fit them? I see mixed reports but not much on these wheels.

Problem is going to be the offset. Those are sticking way out, so will rub bumper as well as body mount area. Stock wheels are +60 offset for reference. Most run around +25 offset for 35x1250 tires with 2-3 inches of lift up front.

Thanks for the reply. I figured the offset could end up being a problem. They don't stick way out, but they do come out past the body some. I guess I'd have to get the tires mounted to see how they fit- I just didn't want to throw money away.
