    I have a ‘16 TRDPro with 3” lift, Bilstein suspension and am running 35 / 12.5 BFG KO3s.

I like the look of 37s and THINK I can squeeze them in with my current set up. However, if I need a bigger lift I’ll probably go larger than 37s. Anyone have advice? Read a couple of threads and just can’t seem to find an answer to the 3” lift and 37s.

FYI: wheels are factory TRDs 18s w/ 60mm offset.

Love my KM3s. Had ProComp MT2s and Nitto Trail Grapplers and these are by far my favorite.

I’m not stressed about “major” work. I’m happy to go higher but like the lower lift/ larger tire stance.

I’m running 37s on 3” lift. I have stock fenders with bushwackers bolt on flares. Just need to remove front sway bar and body mount chop as well as pinch weld mod. Basically cut and flatten the pinch weld. If you have the stock front mud flaps they need to go as well. The dirty seven thread though can answer most other questions. But that’s what I did to make my 37 km3s fit. Now with the stock offset I’m not sure if the sway bar has to go. I’m on +25 offset method grid 18x9 wheels and it was rubbing almost at full lock on the sway bar. Also with the stock offset you may not need to cut the body mount as much as most people do as most of us run +25 or 0 offset wheels. Maybe someone with stock offset wheels can verify that part. But honestly not that much work to get them to fit. Last but not least caster on your alignment is what got me the extra clearance. My caster is in the 4s range. Passenger is at 4 exactly and the driver is like 4.3 or close to it. Hope that helps.
