I have a set of toyo 33's that I want to put on my 19 sport. The last truck they were on was a 16 and had Bilstien 5100's on them. Am I safe putting them on the 19?

What size are the tires? The Sport wheels are a +60, and anything wider than a 285 will hit the UCA.

Sport comes with 20” wheels. So unless you’re getting new 18” wheels, they won’t work.

Should be fine. May rub a little at full lock in reverse but nothing a little trim or removal couldn’t handle.
