Thinking of running that size. Id like the smoothest possible ride and was curious does the weight of the tire itself factor into that? The Nitto Recon Grappler is a 4ply but weighs around 66lbs. The Toyo AT3 is an 8ply and weighs about the same. But wont it ride alot stiffer being an 8ply? If i want the best ride do i go with a 4 or 6ply instead of an 8? My only options are the Recon Grapplers 4ply, KO2 6ply, Yokohama X-AT 6ply, or Toyo AT3 8ply. Im not off road much. Just wanting to lift truck a couple inches and run a slightly larger tire. Just curious if any of u are running this size or have any suggestions as to which ishould go with for the smoothest possible ride?

i run the goodyear territory mt (the bronco tire) on mine with Rock Warrior wheels. not a full size 315/70 but lightweight and comfortable. got a set of 5 for $840 which will hold me over until i step up to 37s

they fit stock height no problem. have done well on multiple offroad adventures.
