So I'm getting around to doing my 30k maintenance. I've tried searching but can't find much. For the differential and transmission fluid change. Is it just a drain, fill, and drive? Or is there some other steps needed to be done?

Check the Toyota Warranty & Maintenance guide for your vehicle, every 5k mi/6 month service interval is detailed. https://www.toyota.com/owners/warranty-owners-manuals/

From there you should be able to google YouTube or forum how-to's for all of the maintenance items.

If you can't find what you're looking for you can always buy the $25, 2 day subscription to the TIS (techinfo.toyota.com) and download all of the Toyota official repair manuals for each of the maintenance items.

diff is easy, just drain and fill. Trans has several ways of doing it, but only one by the book. I like to pump and dump via a trans cooler line. I pump 3-4qts out, add that much back in...repeat the process with 12-13qts worth and top it off according to repair manual
