Ok, so I have a new lock issue (new to me). I have a 2010 Tundra. I've replaced all of the actuator motors once and some twice. Now I have a new issue. All went out except the driver's door. I just replaced the rear driver's side, so it's odd that it's not working. Is the driver's side a master for the other 3? Is there something other than actuator motors that could be causing this? It makes a funny sound like it's trying and the alarm makes a few beeps, but nothing unlocks except the driver's door. I familiar with one going out, but 3 at once seems weird, especially when one of the motors is new. I welcome any suggestions.

On the drivers side switch panel there is a switch that turns off all windows except the drivers side. I think it is to keep kids from messing with the other windows. Make sure it is switched correctly. It is the button in front of the door lock/unlock switch.

Are you referring to unlocking with the remote? And if so, are you pressing the unlock button twice? First time for driver's door, second time for all others. I've programmed mine to all unlock with a single push of the button, but factory default is for a second button push for the other doors.

I’ll try the window lock. I’m double tapping the remote to unlock all and even using the key, it still doesn’t work.

Do all four doors lock when you pass a certain speed? Does the lock/unlock switch at the driver's door armrest work all the doorlocks?

The doors lock at certain speeds sometimes. The button inside the truck doesn't lock or unlock the other doors either.

The window lock was not on.

Any chance its the master window switch starting to go?? I remember having slightly similar issues, right before my master switch went, leaving my windows half way up right before a storm... There was a TSB or recall, not sure if its worth a try and get it swapped out... You can also try the lithium lube but that requires you to remove the door panels and spray the cables... Be advised it will stain your windows so have a piece of cardboard or a rag behind whatever you're spraying....

I do see a safety recall for the Power Window Master Switch. Not sure if the could mess with the door locks, but I need to get it fixed either way.

Be advised, expect for them to keep your truck overnight... the local stealership sent me home on the shuttle van...

Good to know! That's why I haven't taken it in yet. It's a pain for me to get to the stealership and I do most repairs myself.

Makes 2 of us, I would advise book a Toyota Rent a car at the stealership you're taking it so you can have a car guaranteed when you get there, I tried at the last minute and none were available... I'm sure you can call corporate and have them get you a loaner for the day or 2 on their dime... worst case you have a back up plan..
