2014 Tundra SR5 Crewmax

I saw a video on youtube on a guy who owns a 2nd gen tundra and converted the front grill and fenders to 3rd gen, Has anyone done this or heard of this being done?

Just curious on the price ranges and modifications

Rutledge Wood would probably be the most famous conversion, but I've seen a handful. Almost a direct swap from what I've read, just a lot of parts.
