Hi, sorry if this is another “will these tires fit?!” post, but after a good amount of searching I wasn’t finding any answers so I thought I’d ask:

I’m upgrading to 285/75-18 Toyo AT3s on stock rims. Currently have stock suspension but will be adding Bilstein shocks (debating between 5100s and 6112s). I have a high clearance off-road bumper and was wondering if the tires will fit even before the lift? If there’s nothing close enough on the bumper to rub?

Anyways wanted to ask (mostly out of curiosity).

    Thank you!!

I fit those tires no problem with the Pro suspension (2” lift up front). I am curious if they’d fit with no lift up front as well. I took my Pro shocks off to send them off for a rebuild. I was just going to put the OG TRD off road billies back on, but I chickened out and added cheap Amazon spacers to keep the same lift up front. I didn’t want to have to mess with it a second time if they didn’t fit.

You might not have any fitment issues with the bumper, but it would suck to mount those tires up and find that you do. These are the spacers I got in case you want a cheap solution before you decide on the Billies:

I run 285/75-18s on stock wheels and have lift set at 2 inches in front. No UCA or spacers needed, kept the mudflaps too. You will need to remove the air flaps at front bumper and if you have the non TRD skid plate, may need to trim the ears off it.

So it’s primarily the edge of the bumper where most folks are getting rub? Since I don’t have any clearance issues with my off road bumper I’m wondering if I can get away with putting on the 285’s even before the lift….

I am curious if this set up would rub the rear of the wheel well when turning? Or if an alignment would fix that issue even with the stock UCA's
