Can I fit these with a 2” level with minor trimming or should I just have them adjust my 6112s to the top notch? I also have 3 coach builder shims that could be installed as well.

    Thoughts!!!

Nope, not without removing mud flaps and maybe other modifications. Turn wheels to full lock or point of lowest clearance and take measurements. I have 275/60/20's and 6112 on middle setting and barely clear mud flaps. 275/65 would rub the little one on the front and possibly also rear one.
