Anyone have pictures of 285/65/18 on stock TRD rims and stock suspension? I have a appt to get my duratracs installed on Friday and want to know if I should have gone with 275/70/18 instead? 285’s are 5 ply load range D and 275’s would be 10 ply load range E. I don’t want to have any rubbing or have to do any trimming. Any thoughts or input would be greatly appreciated!

Duratracs will do you well this winter.

Can’t help with your request, but I’m sure someone here can. I have duratracs on stock wheels, but 285/75s on a 2.5/1 lift.

    Good luck.

Either of those will fit fine on stock suspension. 275/70/18 will be taller than the 285/65/18

Check out my build page in my signature. The MGM had 285/65/18 Toyos. No rubbing. Front mud flaps removed

Nice I like the way those look on the MGM! Why did you get rid of it? I eventually want to powder coat my TRD rims to color match or semigloss black. I think I’m going to roll with the 285’s to keep balancing easier and mpgs up since it’s my daily driver. Your TRD pro is looking pretty badass too!

    1. I always wanted a pro, wanted one in MGM...but fell in love with the voodoo blue.
    2. It was a bad omen. It was in two accidents (not my fault) so I traded up once i found a voodoo pro at a dealership willing to negotiate.
