2015 Crewmax Limited 5.7 MGM

Looking at some 20x9.5 +12 wheels for my 2015 Limited 2wd. What would be the best size tire for this? I was looking at 305/50r20 which would leave my speedo correct and allow more meat on the road. Looking at willtheyfit.com the new wheels will be 67mm more out. Would this require any cutting or adding flares? Eventually I would like to lower the truck some and need to consider this when buying wheels too.
