Base SR 2WD double cab non-hybrid vs a fully loaded 4WD hybrid crew cab. If so that seems right, 2x the price.

I am with @Toyotoholic on this; the majority of the truck is the same; same frame, body panels, basically same engine, same transmission, basically same interior. Yes, leather seats, a little more soft touch panels, few more comfort creatures adds up, but can it really add up to the same cost as the base truck? There must be a huge supply-demand margin on the upper levels. As long as people are willing to pay it they will offer it at that price point.

Per the FB group: Black headliner in all models, limited on up get power lift tailgate standard, no more limited double cab.

So we get some slightly better upgrades...the hood will probably still reflect the afternoon glare into our eyes and the plastic seat trim will break every 6-9 months. I'll probably be better off getting a brighter blue wrap and keeping my 23.

I’m sorry fellas. Not my cup of tea. Then again, my Solar Octane probably isn’t yours. At least I’ll say Terra is better than Smoked Mesquite. (Now I’m in trouble with the Smoked Mesquite fans again)

I'm with ya. Solar Octane is pretty sick, but not a fan of any of the brown colors. Maybe Cow Pie will be the special color for 2026.

I have said it before, the 50 shade color pallet of turd brown is uninspiring. I'm sure some like it and for them the option should be there if they want it but give the rest of us something else. I find the current blue print to be way too dark and basically looks just like the nautical metallic blue of my 2008 4Runner. It's a very blah blue color.

And here I am liking the browns and other earth tones LOL. I have a MGM but I would have been okay with the Smoked Mesquite or the new mud color. I grew up on a ranch in South Africa so the safari colors resonate with me.
It's a good thing we all have different tastes otherwise the world would have been a boring monotone place.

Will they be making a 1794 Limited Edition or was that for 2024 only?

The color of new vehicles pretty much is a boring, monotone place, unfortunately. A dearth of bright colors makes the world bleh.

Nah, Terra isn't a poop color. Not my favorite, but not a poop color. Now smoked mesquite, that's metallic poop color.

Wow, even more rare than the Land Cruiser Heritage given that they weren't numbered and produced for 2 years with a run of 1,200 each year.

But those of us that use our trucks, like, you know, trucks, this is a massive oversight and ignore by Toyota. It's ridiculous that in 2024 my 4x4 truck doesn't have recovery hooks. Who in the American Toyota design office decided they weren't necessary? Somebody needs to be fired over so many things with this truck, but the lack of recovery hooks is a good enough reason, IMO. Why does the new Tacoma get them, but the Tundra doesn't? Stoopid.

Exactly, why not make it a standard staple on a Tacoma or a fucking prius, let's not incorporate it,or even make it an option on a full sized pick up,why would we want to put them there?

    I mean really,WTF!

It appears they have removed the TRD off-road package option from the Platinum trim.

Edit: I am wrong. It just did not reflect yet, the build shows it is there.

Noob here, waiting on a 25 Limited L TRD coming in December
Just scouted the Toyota site and see the following
-moustache/handles is paint matched (from photos)
-blackout badges/emblems (Canada they are all nightshade editions)
-One part of site says 9 speakers, another says 12 JBL system, have asked for clarification
-TRD now $2(CAD) more and has 20" trd wheels instead of 18" on the 2024 TRD package
