Hey folks, I've got a '24 Tundra with the TRD Off-Road package. I've done some serious scouring on the forums to see what people are recommending for the best lift kit option and I've got mixed feedback:

    What I'm looking to accomplish
    • 95% on-road (Highway / Main road); 5% off-road (Gravel, dirt, light back-roading. Nothing serious)
    • Easy fitment of 35" tires on the stock 20" TRD wheels - would be willing to pin mud flaps for fitment.
    • Minimal loss of ride quality - I know this has a lot to do with tires, but would like to maintain as much ride quality as possible.
    • I'd like to purchase an entire kit that can be taken to a shop and installed in one go
There are the groups who say the TRD 3" Lift kit from Toyota is good enough. However, with the stop-sale on those kits for the last 18 months people are having to build them out piece by piece. I've also seen that these kits are not the best for off-roading. Curious what sentiment is there and if anyone has had luck with getting the full kit purchased.

Then there are the groups who say companies like Fox or King are the way to go. Obviously the price tag is higher there, but the reviews are solid.

Looking for first hand recommendations and experience, thanks for any help here!
