Hi all, got a tundra pro, need some advice on tires. I have a 4runner already, and love the Falken AT3, and now with a new truck looking to get some good quality tires. Since the AT3's are discontinued, it's a bit of a reset now for me.

The snow here is quite wet , it rains a lot. This truck is also my daily.

My requirements and hoping to get opinions first hand with all you, and especially Pro owners, considering the FOX suspension, i'm assuming it might help out with vibrations and handling a bit so looking for first hand reviews.

    1. Must be good in wet , and wet/snow
    2. Road noise, quieter the better since this is my daily driver also
    3. Doesn't need to be hardcore off road, but I do tow regularly 3500lbs (motorcycles) during the summer. So don't necessarily need a very high ply for rock climbing. Just enough for service roads for camping etc.
    4. Longevity, don't care, I'll pay extra if required to meet those 3 above points
    5. Size? Stock is 285, I don't plan to do a lift so i'm still debating on 285 vs 295 since from what I read it'll fit. How bad is the gas difference? Are we talking about $10 per tank difference (if so, i might bite on the 295 unless those are louder?

Any input would be great. I realize everyone has an opinion, so i'm taking it all in. I will not touch a KO2 though, bad experiences in the past with myself and friends also of wet traction. We all recently switched to Falkens the past few years and never regretted it.

    PNW Tundra here...
Just picked up my 2024 TRD Pro Saturday. Want to sell the Falkens for Mickey Thompsons Baja Boss A/T's. On my (now my Son's) 2004 TRD Tacoma, I've tried them all, BFG. Cooper, Goodyear, Bridgestone, etc. The MT Baja Boss AT's are by far, the best tire I've used. Unfortunately, my local Discount Tire won't do trade-in's anymore...

anyone rocking larger tires on a stock 3rd Gen PRO? 295/70/18 will it fit without rub and any noticeable drawbacks that would be a deal breaker? I saw a reddit thread saying 295/70s will fit, but would love to see a few people in this forum to confirm just in case.
