2024 Tundra "Confused" XM Steering Wheel Controls.

I tried searching but couldn't find anything similar (which doesn't mean it isn't here I suppose). After 6 weeks of working fine my XM steering wheel controls have starting acting up. I'm still in the trial period and have around 17 favorite channels. The other day it started only showing 6 favorites on the TFT left dash screen. When I switch from Apple Car play to the Tundra app, all the saved favorites return but then disappear again when using the steering wheel control (even with car play off) and can only be accessed by using the touch screen. I selected these favorites in the dealer's parking lot before driving off and, as I said, everything worked fine until the other day. Truck has zero mods and I haven't touched anything electronic.

Sound familiar to anyone? Ideas? Car play seems fine and everything else seems to be working OK (?).
