    1. What are the Pros/Cons of the TRD PRO? I've owned 2 Tacomas without any issues, but am concerned about the issues with the 3rd Gen Tundra.

    2. Price: Decent or No?

I've found 2 dealers with a 2024 TRD Pro with same options & same price. Roughly $74K +$3K in added options like Bed Step, Safe, Bed Liner, Side Steps, etc... Both dealers are offering truck at $75K + tax, tag, title. No dealer fees or extra fees. Basically, they are offering $2000 to $2500 off. Thoughts and opinions?

I also spoke to several dealers still asking $7K - $15K over MSRP, but I immediately eliminated them as an option.

for them to take off 2,000 to 2,500 but still charge for the add ons doesn’t really do much for the consumer.

Dude my 1794 Edition was $73k. I'd say that's not bad for a pro!

I was getting the same deal. With addons (either dealer or otherwise) the cost was atleast 77000+ taxes. but whenever I looked at ones with red interiors there was atleast 5000$ markup.

Finally found a dealer selling a white with red interior 2023 for 73000 + taxes. Went for it. It had the basic addons like bedliner and console safe.

Got the delivery and they lost the console safe keys, so they are refunding that money.

The 2023 has the older control arms, which I can live with. There is other software stuff which supposedly fixes stuff. But the major one (fuel leak recall) is already fixed since the tundra came the dealership just a week ago, so its a late back 2023 and does not have the fuel leak recall.

Have driven over 400 miles now (had to drive out of state to california) and she runs like a dream. Fuel efficiency is around 16.5 for the first fill, but then its mostly high speed 75-80mph driving on the freeway. Lets see how the city mileage done.

After a GX, this is one huge vehicle. The turning radius sucks though. Is a pain to fit into parking. But then we did stuff like a takeout party in the bed :) Stuff we never did with our GX.
I would say keep looking hard out of state too.
    California has the worst markups.

I have a 23 Pro and it has been great. Only 3k miles to day, but have been averaging over 19mpg.

I may be wrong, but I have a feeling there will be slightly better resale value with the pro.

If you like the addons, it seems like a reasonable price, but I have a feeling with student loan repayments restarting, we'll see the economy slow even more, and will start to see a build up in inventory as supply increases and demand wanes.

Depends how old it is. If the new buyer needs to replaced the battery then you could take a big hit for that.

That is fair. I meant to compare the Pro to other Hybrid options.
