Apologies if this question has been asked before
My buddy's 2025 Tundra platinum has massage seat option that can be controlled from the screen.
My 2024 does not have that. Is there a way to retrofit this on 2024?

It was a new features introduced on the 2025 model year. Retrofitting is not possible.

The headunit would need to be replaced and it gets locked to the VIN of your truck for remote services. Not going to happen.
