2023 TRD Pro Canda Import question

I live in the US, but i found a 2023 trd pro imported from canada around me for a hell of a good price(57k USD) and 20k miles on it.
Whats the catch here that im missing?What is the difference between USA trd pro and CA?
And will the warrant be valid in the US with it being an import?

The catch is the exchange rate. They get more money sending them down here to re-sell. Check for rust. Check to make sure they converted it fully (gauges, climate control in F, etc).
The warranty is good, but i was told it's a bit more complicated. The way the Toyota dealer explained it to me, the US dealer has to file something with Toyota Canada to complete the work/get approved but it's do able. Not sure if that's correct or not...

My history, i purchased a '20 TRDOR for a good price that was a Canada import. I made sure it was clean, etc. Asked local dealer about the warranty as it had some remaining. Also, at least in '20, they came with some odd options between canada and US. I have bumper sensors front and rear, heated seats but no BSM, etc in a SR5 prem.
